Create fish art you have the right to share
Submit your own drawing or material you have permission to use. Do not copy another artist's work, impersonate a creator, misuse a brand, or upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. Inspiration is welcome; deceptive copying is not.
Never submit sexual or exploitative content
Do not upload nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual services, sexualized characters, or links to adult material. Any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or endangerment involving a minor is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Avoid violence, hate, harassment, and dangerous activity
Do not post graphic injury, gore, threats, praise for violence, instructions for dangerous wrongdoing, or content that promotes self-harm. Content attacking people based on protected characteristics, dehumanizing groups, celebrating terrorism, or targeting an individual with harassment is not allowed.
Do not expose private or personal information
Never include passwords, private messages, precise home locations, financial data, government identifiers, or another person's contact details. Do not use a drawing, name, or link to track, blackmail, phish, or deceive other users.
Keep names, links, and patterns appropriate
A fish image can still violate these rules through text, symbols, usernames, tank names, or linked destinations. Spam, scams, fake prizes, malware, repeated promotion, and attempts to manipulate votes or rankings are prohibited.
How moderation works
DrawAFish.app may use automated signals, community reports, and human review to detect violations. We may hide or remove content, limit distribution, preserve evidence, restrict features, or suspend accounts. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
Context matters, but artistic intent does not excuse content that creates a clear safety or legal risk. We may act while a report is being investigated. Public content can also be excluded from advertising even when it remains available elsewhere on the service.
Report a concern
Email toolkitsai@gmail.com with the public URL or content identifier and a concise reason for the report. For copyright matters, identify the original work and your relationship to the rights holder. Do not make false reports to remove content you merely dislike.
